What is your return/exchange policy?
Return policy is not available here because we provide 100% genuine product but in case you got any damaged product you can contact our customer care. If problem is genuine, Shop Havens will always help you.What are your shipping costs and delivery times?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping location and the value of your order. Estimated shipping rates will be 10 (Fixed for per order) and delivery 5-8 days,But if you are from Lucknow then the delivery will be done in 4-6 days.

Currently, Shop Havens doesn’t ship worldwide.In the future, we are planning to ship our product to all countries.
What is the status of my order?
Once your order has been processed and packed, you will receive an email receipt confirming your order. Following this, we will provide you with another shipping confirmation email (including tracking information) once the order is handed over to the carrier. You will receive a final confirmation email upon delivery of your order with tracking id, from which you will track you product.

Your order will be processed from seller's store .Which is situated in Lucknow,Delhi,Mumbai,Bhopal….etc places. Shop Havens only places order on your behalf means its a reselling of the product,Currently Shop Havens deals with online.
